Giorgio Locchi

Giorgio Locchi (1923–1992) was an Italian philosopher and journalist who co-founded GRECE (Research and Study Group for European Civilization) in 1968 with Alain de Benoist. A key figure in the European New Right, Locchi championed the revival of European identity through myth, tradition, and cultural heritage. His work deeply influenced identitarian thought, inspiring efforts to defend Europe’s unique ethnic and civilizational character.
