Pierre Krebs is a major person in Neue Kultur [New Culture], the German branch of the European New Right, and is also the leader of the Thule-Seminar. He is a doctor of French literature and also holds degrees in law, journalism, sociology, and political science.

Born in Algiers, then French Algeria, he studied at French universities and was involved in right-wing organizations. He later continued his studies in Germany.
In 1980, he co-founded the Thule-Seminar in Germany, influenced by GRECE.

Pierre-Émile Blairon, born 1948 in Oran (Algeria), is a French journalist and writer-essayist, regionalist and localist. He mainly writes about his two favorite subjects: Provence and its authors, and esotericism and missing civilizations, on the other hand, highlighting the concept of primordial tradition in his articles and works, influenced by René Guénon, Julius Evola, Mircea Eliade and Paul-Georges Sansonetti.

Robert Steuckers was born in Uccle in January 1956. After secondary school in the Latin-Sciences option (1967–1974), he studied German and English at university and at the College of Translators and Interpreters between 1974 and 1980. He did his military service in the Belgian army from 1982 to 1983 and then opened a translation office in Brussels (1983–2003) before taking up several teaching posts (2003–2021) and finally retiring.
